Let me mitigate my comments by stating that I know this is a touchy subject that has affected many families by snatching away their dream of raising a child. I just wonder if this is really a good battle to pick in the ‘you can’t yell fire in a theater’ free speech argument.

CNN is reporting that there’s been some hoopla about an application for the Apple iPhone that critics claim pokes fun at shaken baby syndrome. Apple has since pulled the application in what I can only assume is an insanely facist violation of free speech.

I just don’t understand why this topic is more offensive than Rush Limbaugh. Is there a Rush Limbaugh application? I’m not sure, but I bet it’s way more offensive to far more people.
